RHE Project

we have a rental unit across the street from the US Marine Corps Memorial, the Iwo Jima Monument.  We need to remodel the kitchen. 

we’re flexible, but we cannot rent it until the job is done, so rapid and efficient work is a plus.  The coordination with multiple trades is important.

the unit is on the top (third) floor, so great view but you have to walk up.
